DESCRIPTION:Program STARTING on March 2 2025 – February 22 2026 \nInstructor: Dr. Bahram Jam; PT\, FCAMT \n\nMember of the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP)\nMember of the International Federation of Manipulative Therapists\nCredentialed with The McKenzie Institute International\n\n  \nThe APTEI “Diploma in Advanced Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy” (Dip. AMPT) is a comprehensive online and in-person\, post-graduate program for physiotherapists interested in improving their direct patient care. \nThe program consists of research-based theory\, an intensive practical component and direct patient care demonstrations. \nThe Dip. AMPT program will involve seven 4-hour online sessions (28 hrs) and ten (10) in-person Sunday sessions (80 hrs). \nIf you are unable to commit to all consecutive sessions\, you may still complete the program by simply attending any of the missed sessions at a future date. \nYou may also register for any of the sessions independently and separately. \nUpon the successful completion of the written & practical examinations\, the Physical Therapist will earn the title Advanced Musculoskeletal Physical Therapist (AMPT) and receive the APTEI Diploma in Advanced Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy (Dip. AMPT) \nThe examination process will be similar to all other APTEI courses\, where focus is on maximizing your learning experience in an enjoyable stress-free environment. The primary goal to the APTEI examination procedure is to provide PTs with the opportunity to become more effective and confident clinicians. \nUpon the successful completion of the Dip. AMPT proagram\, physical therapists will receive the Diploma in AMPT. A minimum score of 90% must be achieved in the examination. \nTo complete the diploma program\, you may begin from ANY of the session dates that is most convenient for you. \nSession 1 – Upper Extremity (Sun. Mar. 2 & Sun. Apr. 6\, 2025) \nShoulder / Elbow / Wrist & hand \n  \nSession 2 – Lower Extremity (Sun. May 4 & Sun. Jun. 2\, 2025) \nHip / Knee / Foot & ankle \n  \nSession 3 – Persistent pain (Sun. Sep. 7 & Sun. Oct. 5\, 2025) \nCentral sensitization / Fibromyalgia / CRPS / TMJ \n  \nSession 4 – Cervical & Thoracic Spine (Sun. Nov. 2 & Sun. Dec. 7\, 2025) \nCervical headaches \nNeck & Thoracic pain / Whiplash Associated Disorders \n  \nSession 5 – Lumbar Spine (Sun. Jan. 11 & Sun. Feb. 1\, 2026) \nLow back & sacro-iliac joint pain \nLumbar neural tissue sensitivity / “sciatica” \nPsycho-social factors to address \n  \nFinal practical & written exam (Sun.
