The APTEI “Diploma in Advanced Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy” (Dip. AMPT) is a comprehensive online and in-person, post-graduate program for physiotherapists interested in improving their direct patient care.

The program consists of research-based theory, an intensive practical component and direct patient care demonstrations.

The Dip. AMPT program will involve seven 4-hour online sessions (28 hrs) and ten (10) in-person Sunday sessions (80 hrs).

If you are unable to commit to all consecutive sessions, you may still complete the program by simply attending any of the missed sessions at a future date.

You may also register for any of the sessions independently and separately.

Upon the successful completion of the written & practical examinations, the Physical Therapist will earn the title Advanced Musculoskeletal Physical Therapist (AMPT) and receive the APTEI Diploma in Advanced Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy (Dip. AMPT)

The examination process will be similar to all other APTEI courses, where focus is on maximizing your learning experience in an enjoyable stress-free environment. The primary goal to the APTEI examination procedure is to provide PTs with the opportunity to become more effective and confident clinicians.

Upon the successful completion of the Dip. AMPT proagram, physical therapists will receive the Diploma in AMPT. A minimum score of 90% must be achieved in the examination.
