You must be a Registered Physiotherapist / Physical therapist (PT) or a PT student to attend APTEI courses. All other healthcare providers must directly contact APTEI and specify their eligibility for attending an APTEI program/course to determine if exceptions can be made.
APTEI web site does not dispense medical advice nor prescribe the use of any form of treatment for medical problems without the consultation from a primary health care provider such as a physical therapist or a physician.
COURSE / PROGRAM CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds and requests for transfers must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
Tuition refunds (minus the administrative fee) will be made if cancellation is reported a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the course date
There are no refunds for cancellations two weeks or less prior to the course date.
ASSUMPTION OF RISKS and ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY
APTEI course attendees freely and voluntarily accept and assume all risks and the possibility of personal injury resulting from the attendance at the APTEI courses / programs and any other related activities during this event.
APTEI course attendees accept responsibility to abide by the laws of the country, to ensure that they have adequate medical coverage, protect personal possessions, and obey all the rules set out at the courses and programs.
In consideration of approval to participate in APTEI programs, APTEI course attendees and any personal representative, hold harmless, release and forever discharge APTEI and their directors, faculty, students, volunteers, from any and all actions, causes of actions, for damages, loss or injury, resulting from or arising out of my participation in APTEI courses /programs.
APTEI course attendees also indemnify and save harmless APTEI from any and all actions, expenses or losses whatsoever which they may bear as a result of their participation in APTEI courses / programs, by reason of damage to any and all property and any and all personal injuries.
