Don't Slouch if You Have Osteoporosis!

This 1984 study included 59 women with post-menopausal osteoporosis. Each individual was allocated to one of the four groups.

1)Extension exercise group
2)Flexion exercise group
3)Both flexion and extension exercise group
4)No exercise group (control)

The extent of fractures in the different groups was compared at least 16-months later.
