A study was conducted to see if a correlation exists between exercise frequency and days of missed work
Study Conclusion: Those who exercised at least 20 minutes, once/week had significantly less missed workdays than those who didn?t exercise
Study Conclusion #2: Those who exercised at least 20 minutes, twice/week even had less missed workdays than those who only exercised once/week
Clinical Relevance: Share the results of this study with your future patients; it may motivate them to exercise?who knows, maybe this study has even motivated you to exercise regularly. After all, you should practice what you preach!
