Tissue Compression vs Distraction ...TDR-WM will Revolutionize Soft-tissue Treatments
Reference:null
In the past few months I have been experimenting with the concept of Tissue Distraction Release with Movement (TDR-WM).
Basically instead of aggressively compressing down on tight, restricted and adhered tissues (e.g. ITB), I’ve been doing the opposite and distracting / lifting up the tissues. At first I was using a small plunger, but now I’m using transparent silicone cups on all over the body.
If used on the right patients (i.e. those with myofascial issues) it has provided my patients with almost immediate relief.
Although, cupping has been done for centuries already, I truly believe that this new concept will revolutionize the way therapists deal with soft-tissue restrictions in the future years.

As usual I would greatly appreciate your feedback. Especially e-mail me about cases where you found TDR-WM to work when other techniques had failed.
