Level 1 / Week 1
Head Nod in Lying: Hold 2 seconds / Repeat 10 times / 2 Sets per day
Head Nod in Standing or Sitting: Hold 2 seconds / Repeat 10 times / 5 Sets per day
Level 2 / Week 2
Head Nod in Lying: Hold 10 seconds / Repeat 10 times / 2 Sets per day
Head Nod in Standing or Sitting: Hold 2 seconds / Repeat 10 times / 5 Sets per day
Level 3 / Week 3
Head Nod & Slight Lift in Lying: Hold 2 seconds / Repeat 10 times / 2 Sets per day
Head Nod in Standing or Sitting: Hold 2 seconds / Repeat 10 times / 5 Sets per day
Level 4 / Week 4
Head Nod & Slight Lift in Lying: Hold 10 seconds / Repeat 5 times / 2 Sets per day
Head Nod in Standing or Sitting: Hold 2 seconds / Repeat 10 times / 5 Sets per day
Level 5 / Week 5
Head Nod & Full Lift & Eccentric Down in Lying: Repeat 10 times / 2 Sets per day
Head Nod in Standing or Sitting: Hold 2 seconds / Repeat 10 times / 5 Sets per day
Level 6 / Week 6
Head Nod & Slight Lift & Rotation in Lying: Repeat 5 times / 2 Sets per day
Head Nod & Full Lift & Eccentric Down in Lying: Repeat 10 times / 2 Sets per day
