Slow Music, Slow Breathing & Hypertension

This 2010 RCT looked at the effectiveness of daily sessions of music-guided slow breathing on blood pressure. Patients with hypertension were randomized to music-guided slow breathing exercises:

(5 breaths/min; 1: 2 ratio of inspiration: expiration duration) or to control groups.
