Don?t Stretch the Pecs?for Neural Tissue Mechanosensitivity!
Reference:null
Neural tissue irritation/sensitivity is a frequent cause of cervical, shoulder and upper arm pain.
Often patients who appear to have impingement syndromes or biceps tendonitis have an underlying C5-6 nerve root irritation.
Clinical advice: If a shoulder pain is related to neural tissue mechanosensitivity (which is quite common), AVOID self-pec stretches!
Neural tissue evaluation & highly effective treatment techniques are reviewed in the APTEI Video/Book program, ?Cervical Neural Tissue Pathodynamics?.
